Redmi Note 7 is actually waterproof

Redmi Note 7 was presented only two days back, yet the official declaration missed to make reference to a critical component - the ports and catches have watertight seals. Xiaomi's Chief, Lei Jun now affirmed that on Weibo.

Obviously, the Redmi Note 7 isn't IP-guaranteed, however, it will most likely endure a few sprinkles, unplanned drops in water and ordinary use in a moderate dusty condition. We trust it ventures out of China soon enough.
